Avengers: Endgame Trailer

It took a while but it was well worth the wait. The movie that has taken over a decade to build up to finally released a trailer and it did exactly what I wanted it to do. When it comes to trailers, I cannot avoid them. I was debating not watching anything and trying to go into the movie completely spoiler free. The only problem is the trailers are so tempting and I cannot resist the temptation.

The final movie of Marvel’s phase 3 will be called Avengers:Endgame and it is no surprise that this is the title they decided on. The phrase “Endgame” was first mentioned in Avengers: Age of Ultron in a conversation Tony Stark had with Steve Rodgers. The line also appeared in Avengers: Infinity War when Dr. Strange told Tony Stark that “they are in the endgame.”What I love about the Marvel films is the subtle hints that the previous films leave that connect the films. It is a clear sign that Marvel has a vision and is a cohesive unit rather than just a series of films thrown together.

Since this is my first trailer review, I am not going to summarize the trailer. You can watch the trailer for yourself if you have not yet scene it. What I will do is give a few predictions based on what I saw.

  1. Hawkeye’s Family must have been in the 50 percent that died.

Hawkeye was MIA during Infinity War but him appearing in Endgame is not a shocker. Hawkeye appears to be angry in the quick shot in the trailer and I believe he is going rogue as he is dealing with the loss of his family. I anticipate Black Window finding Hawkeye to be an emotional scene as Natalia Romanova was close with Hawkeye’s family.

  • Captain Marvel will rescue Tony Stark.

Tony Stark is trapped in space and his ship is running out of fuel. He appears to be left for dead which is where Captain Marvel will come to his rescue. I have no clue how Captain Marvel will end up saving Tony and where she will be at the end of the film but I think she has the best chance to save Tony Stark. We all know Iron Man is not going to die in space.

  • The Quantum Realm is the key.

This is not the first time you are probably hearing this prediction but we have evidence now to support it. Ant-Man appears at the end of the film as he is knocking on the front door of the Avengers facility. At the end of Ant-Man, he ventures in the quantum realm and his team fades away, concluding this was the same time Thanos snapped his fingers. Obviously, Ant-Man did not perish so I am under the assumption that the Quantum Realm can prevent the snap of Thanos’ finger. I am even going to predict that the Quantum Realm can reverse the snapping of the finger.

Avengers: Endgame is scheduled to release in April on 2019. Hopefully when the next trailer drops there isn’t too much in it that spoils the film!

I Have A Bad Feeling About This!

Welcome Movie Connoisseurs!

I am starting this blog because I am a huge movie fan, particularly Star Wars, Marvel, and many other types of movies. I always talk with my friends about what I thought about a trailer or reviewing a movie for hours with them. Unfortunately, I do not see them often due to distance so I thought this could be an opportunity to discuss my thoughts on movies. I hope is this becomes a site for positive and strong analysis of movies. I am excited to see where this goes!
